三明畜罪輕重。八中，六七金錢綿褥得墮，以違淨施故；餘則吉羅，畜者亦少。

Third, clarifying the gravity of the offenses for keeping them. Among the eight, the sixth and seventh—gold/coins and cotton rugs—incur pāyattika, because they violate pure surrender; the remainder are duṣkṛta, and those who keep them are also few.
