發諍戒六十六。五緣：一是四諍事。若餘私諍，律得吉羅。二僧如法滅，三知，四輒發起，五言了結。

Precept Sixty-six: Instigating disputes. Five conditions: first, it must concern the four types of dispute—if it is another private dispute, the Vinaya assigns a duṣkṛta; second, the saṃgha has settled it in accordance with the Dharma; third, knowing [it was settled]; fourth, reviving it without warrant; fifth, the offense is incurred upon completing the speech.
