兜羅貯床褥戒八十五。五緣：一是兜羅綿（律云：白楊華柳華蒲臺也），二貯床褥，三為己，四自作使人，五成便犯。《五分》：隨坐結墮，要先棄後悔。

Precept 85: Stuffing a bed or mattress with cotton (tūla). Five conditions: first, it is tūla cotton (the Vinaya says: white poplar down, willow down, or cattail fluff); second, stuffing a bed or mattress; third, for oneself; fourth, making it oneself or having someone make it; fifth, completion constitutes the offense. The Pañcavargika-vinaya states: Every time one sits, a pāyattika is incurred; one must first discard it and repent afterward.
