搖身者，左右戾身趨行也。不犯者：病、若為人打避杖、度坑搖身過、著衣看齊整者。

Swaying the body means twisting the body left and right while walking briskly. One does not commit an offense if: ill, avoiding a stick when beaten by someone, swaying the body to cross a pit, or checking whether one's clothes are neat.
