以次食者，非謂鉢中處處取食食也。不犯者：病、或患熱挑取冷處、若日欲過、難緣者。
Eating in order means not picking food from various parts of the bowl. One does not commit an offense if: ill, suffering from heat and picking from a cool spot, the time being about to expire, or due to perilous circumstances.
