不污手捉食器者，有膩飯著手也。除病、或草上受、葉上受、若洗手受者。

Not grasping eating vessels with soiled hands refers to having greasy food sticking to the hands. Excepted are cases of illness, receiving [food] on grass, receiving it on leaves, or receiving it after washing the hands.
