又且此謂犯中有輕重者，如前所論。若掘地、不處分、非時、勸足等，犯中無輕重義者，但有或四五。餘準可知。

Furthermore, this applies where there is grave and light within transgression, as discussed above. If in digging the earth, not designating, improper times, urging beyond satiety, etc., there is no meaning of grave and light within the transgression, there is only either four or five. The rest can be known by analogy.
