2.61

初篇淫戒已下，例分為三：一謂所犯境，二成犯相，三開不犯法。略知持犯，廣如下篇，餘義並如《戒本疏》中。

From the precept against sexual misconduct in the first class of offenses onward, they are categorized into three: first, the object of transgression; second, the characteristics constituting a transgression; third, the conditions permitted as non-transgression. To know observance and transgression in brief, they are detailed in the chapters below; the remaining meanings are all as explained in the *Commentary on the Prātimokṣa*.
