三明不犯中，若睡眠無所覺知（謂開怨來偪己身分），不受樂（謂開怨家將造他境），一切無有淫意（無愛染污心故）。並不犯。

Third, explaining non-transgression: if in sleep one has no awareness (meaning when an enemy comes to coerce one's own body); if one does not experience pleasure (meaning when an enemy brings one to another object); or if throughout one has no lustful intent whatsoever (because of the absence of a mind stained by affectionate defilement)—in these cases there is no transgression.
