三明不犯中。《四分》云：與想取、已有想、糞掃想、暫取想、親厚意者，皆無犯。律中具七法名親厚：一難作能作，二難與能與，三難忍能忍，四密事相告，五互相覆藏，六遭苦不捨，七貧賤不輕。如是七法，人能行者，是善親友，準此量之。

In the third section, clarifying non-transgression: The *Dharmaguptaka-vinaya* states: taking with the thought of it being given, the thought that it is one's own, the thought that it is rag-refuse (pāṃsukūla), the thought of taking it temporarily, or through intimacy of friendship—in all these there is no offense. In the Vinaya, possessing seven qualities is called intimacy of friendship: 1. being able to do what is difficult to do, 2. being able to give what is difficult to give, 3. being able to endure what is difficult to endure, 4. confiding secret matters to one another, 5. mutually concealing [each other's faults], 6. not abandoning each other when suffering adversity, and 7. not despising each other when poor and lowly. If a person can practice these seven qualities, they are a good and intimate friend; one should gauge matters according to this.
