初中，若五人者，得作賞勞、分衣二法。若四人者，正得用直分一法，如後明之。
In the first: If there are five persons, they may perform the two procedures of awarding labor and distributing robes. If there are four persons, they may only properly employ the single procedure of direct distribution, as explained below.
