就中分四。時藥受法既數，對法亦多，具如不受食戒及對施興厭中廣述；此但明加口法者，三藥別論。

Within this, there are four divisions. Because the receipt of time-appropriate medicine is frequent, the corresponding methods are also numerous, as explained extensively under the precept against eating unreceived food and in the discussion of arousing detachment toward offerings; here we only clarify what involves the verbal procedure, discussing the three medicines separately.
