就中即二，如門分別。初瞻病中，略為四位：一制意。二簡人是非，并供養法。三安置處所。四說法斂念。

Within this, there are two [parts], divided according to headings. First, in [the part on] caring for the sick, it is briefly divided into four sections: first, the intention behind the enactment; second, selecting the appropriate persons and the method of providing supplies; third, arranging the lodging place; fourth, preaching the Dharma and collecting one's thoughts.
