3.332

《智論》：菩薩晝三夜三，常行三事：一者清旦偏袒右肩，合掌禮十方諸佛，言：「我某甲，三世三業罪，願令除滅，更不復作！」二者十方三世諸佛功德，願隨喜勸助。三者勸請十方諸佛，初轉法輪，及久住於世。行此三行，功德無量。

The Mahāprajñāpāramitopadeśa states: "Three times by day and three times by night, a bodhisattva constantly practices three things: First, in the early morning, baring the right shoulder and joining the palms, one pays homage to the Buddhas of the ten directions, saying: 'May all the offenses of the three time periods and the three types of actions committed by me, so-and-so, be eradicated, and may I never commit them again!' Second, one rejoices in and encourages the merits of the Buddhas of the ten directions and the three time periods. Third, one entreats the Buddhas of the ten directions to initially turn the wheel of the Dharma and to abide long in the world. By practicing these three practices, the merit is immeasurable."
