三者通用律藏廢立正文及事要者，不必承用《四分》為定。如澡罐、錫杖、扇、針、錐、諸截刀子等，餘律判入輕，則亦類用。文義廣括，如別卷述。且依第二，足為龜鏡也。

Third: regarding the general application of the established and abolished canonical texts and essential matters across the Vinaya Piṭakas, one need not rely strictly on the Dharmaguptaka as definitive. For instance, washing pitchers, khakkhara staffs, fans, needles, awls, and various cutting knives, which other Vinayas classify as light, can also be applied analogously. The extensive scope of their textual meaning has been stated in a separate fascicle. For now, relying on the second category is sufficient to serve as a mirror.
