The above has already listed them in full according to classes and categories, and roughly explained the terms. As for what remains unexhausted: the two undetermined matters (aniyata) are spoken of in reliance on circumstantial objects, generally encompassing the six categories; if one considers the offense essence, giving rise to doubt and lacking faith is a duṣkṛta. That the text specifies three offenses or two offenses merely raises instances that give rise to doubt; this is extensively described in the Commentary. Among the seven settlements of disputes (adhikaraṇa-śamatha), offenses also generally occur. But because monks dispute over the four disputes and are not in harmony with one another, seven remedies are instituted to eliminate them. Since the textual meanings are extensive and the principles and aspects are profound, laboring in vain to explain them would never exhaust them; therefore they are briefly omitted. Yet the count is the same for monks and nuns, together forming common precepts.
