Among non-transgressions in the Vinaya: If food received overnight is given to parents. If a laborer on a stūpa or residence is given food reckoned as wages, and later a begging bhikṣu begs and obtains it from the laborer. If a bowl has holes or crevices, and food enters them, and although washed according to rule the residue does not come out, it is permissible. If ghee or oil received overnight is poured into the nose, and spits out together with saliva and is discarded, the remainder entails no transgression.
