次科中。多等須重說者，謂制主從客。若少不須，或出界說，或往他寺，謂制客從主。此約說竟為言，未竟隨來，告淨同聽，不勞再說。（有將前利為制客從主非。）如法治，吉羅異名也。

In the second section: that when there are many, etc., one must recite again means that the resident is regulated to follow the guests. If there are few, one need not, or they go outside the boundary to recite, or proceed to another monastery, which means that the guests are regulated to follow the resident. This is spoken with respect to recitation having already finished; if it is not yet finished and they arrive, they announce purity and listen together, without needing to recite again. (Some hold that the prior benefit was regulating the guest to follow the resident, which is incorrect.) Regulating according to the Dharma is an alternate name for duṣkṛta.
