四中。總前各列者，如云某寺某寺尼眾和合僧差某尼某尼。後總結者，半月半月已下詞也。

In the fourth [part]: summarizing what was listed separately before refers to stating, for example, that the harmonious saṃgha of bhikṣuṇīs of such-and-such monastery and such-and-such monastery sent bhikṣuṇī so-and-so and bhikṣuṇī so-and-so. Later concluding as a whole refers to the wording from “half-month by half-month” downward.
