所判，初科，上二句示相濫。以七支十業，無別體故。如環連續，以喻相涉，不易分故。下二句標判。

Regarding that which is judged: the first section's upper two lines show the mutual confusion. This is because the seven paths of action and ten courses of action have no separate essence. Like an unbroken ring, this illustrates their mutual overlap, being difficult to separate. The lower two lines indicate the judgment.
