三中。文敘二義。別緣者，簡非眾故。必有長緣，事須前往，或容返界重受七日；或比難緣，義通直去。

In the third, the text narrates two meanings. "Separate condition" distinguishes it from not being the saṃgha. If there is necessarily an extended condition and the matter requires going forward, perhaps one may return to the boundary and take seven days again; or, comparing it to hazardous conditions, in principle one may go straight through.
