對首中。受法分五，初求他審諦，二述己情懷，三標期無濫（簡眾法故。），四牒事非虛，五期還奉制。

Under "face-to-face": The procedure of taking leave is divided into five parts: first, asking the other to examine carefully; second, stating one's own feelings; third, marking the time limit without ambiguity (to distinguish it from saṃgha procedures); fourth, citing the matter as not false; fifth, setting a return date in obedience to the regulation.
