次科。疑者云：病轉可爾；不轉過日，法應隨在。住猶存也。答如論者，即多成《了論》，如四藥引。

The next section: A doubter says, "It may be so when the illness changes; but if it does not change and exceeds the days, the Dharma procedure should remain accordingly." Zhu means "to remain." The answer "as in the treatise" refers to the Vinayadvāviṃśatividyā-śāstra being accomplished in many respects, as cited in the four medicines.
