不可懺中，初科。偷蘭三品，上品界內大眾懺；能所六人，方可行故。入說中者，意顯此人已入罪聚故。交即訓俱，僧數不滿，不應前事，故云俱無也。

In inexpiable [offenses], the first heading: there are three grades of sthūlātyaya; the upper grade is repented before the great assembly within the boundary, which can only be carried out when there are six persons, including the agent and recipient. 'Entering into the recitation' means showing that this person has already entered the cluster of offenses. Jiao means both: the number of monks is insufficient and cannot correspond to the previous matter, so it says 'both are absent.'
