與衣中。注文，先示五德具儀；當下，上座作法羯磨。緣中，可分衣，即目輕物，此牒緣也。僧下，牒本；上二句，示僧眾付衣；此比丘下，明五德受衣。

In presenting the robe: The text of the commentary first shows that the person endowed with the five virtues possesses the proper deportment; from 'proper' downward, the sthavira performs the ritual karmavācanā. In the circumstances, 'divisible robes' refers to light articles; this recites the circumstances. From 'Saṃgha' downward, it recites the original text; the upper two sentences show the Saṃgha community delivering the robe; from 'this bhikṣu' downward, it clarifies the five-virtued person receiving the robe.
