戒相中二，初即承前。隨下，正示。問：〈釋相篇〉中，以戒本為相，與此異者？答：此約行明，彼就法辨。然則行必循法，法必軌行。文云動則稱法，豈不明乎！

In precept-marks there are two parts: the first follows upon the preceding. 'Concomitant...' and following directly demonstrates it. Question: In the 'Chapter on Explaining Characteristics', the prātimokṣa is taken as the marks; why does it differ from this? Answer: Here it is explained with reference to practice; there it is distinguished in terms of Dharma. However, practice must follow the Dharma, and the Dharma must guide practice. The text says, 'When moving, one accords with the Dharma'; is this not obvious!
