例決中，初準前文。今下，比例。即指僧坊便同聚落，復是蘭若，得同可分。

In resolving by analogy: first, according to the preceding text. Beginning with "now" (今), it draws the analogy: pointing out that monastic quarters are just like a village, and are furthermore an araṇya, so they can be treated as distinguishable.
