答中，初示五相。隨病者所為，亦非止此。律下，次誡令詳審。律即《五分》。由無名句，色相難辨，故在取者默識趣向。

In the answer: First, it shows the five manifestations. Depending on what the sick person does, it is also not limited to these. From "The Vinaya..." onward, second, it admonishes one to examine carefully. The Vinaya refers to the Mahīśāsaka-vinaya. Because there are no spoken phrases and physical signs are hard to discern, it relies on the receiver tacitly understanding the intention.
