六中二，初簡小眾。尼三同遣。（今人行法，俗士擁住。謂未受具止遣沙彌，白衣無妨。律崩法壞，於茲甚矣。）餘下，簡大僧。指前可知。

In the sixth, there are two parts: first, excluding the lesser assembly. The three classes of nuns are likewise sent away. (Nowadays, when people perform rites, laymen crowd around. They claim that before receiving full ordination only novice monks are sent away, and white-robed laymen pose no obstacle. The collapse of the Vinaya and ruin of the Dharma is extreme in this!) The passage beginning 'The rest...' excludes fully ordained monks. This can be known by referring to the preceding.
