對首念中，初敘本制開，兼釋名義。對首本制，心念後開；本末雙標，法無混濫。下皆同此。且下，列相。竝須時要，順教攝持，可入開限，如文可見。《善見》受鉢，準應兼捨。

Under face-to-face mental determination: first, recounting the original prohibition and the exception, and additionally explaining the meaning of the name. Face-to-face was the original prohibition, and mental determination was the subsequent exception; by marking both the root and the branch, the legal transaction is free from confusion. All below are similar to this. From "moreover" downward, the forms are listed. All must be urgent necessities of the time, maintained in accordance with the teaching, before they can enter the scope of the exception, as can be seen in the text. According to the Samantapāsādikā, receiving an alms-bowl by analogy should also include relinquishing it.
