自然中，初明眾法唯局。已下，明別法竝通。雜法如打槌白告，不係對念所攝者。言竝得者，須記除欲；言盡集者，且據開法為言。

Under 'natural [boundary]', it first explains that saṃgha procedures are exclusively restricted [to it]. From 'Already' downward explains that individual procedures are completely open. Miscellaneous procedures, such as striking the bell and announcing, are those not subsumed under face-to-face or mental [procedures]. The statement 'all are permissible' requires remembering to exclude [conveying] consent; the statement 'all assembling' is made for the moment on the basis of exceptional procedures.
