次釋羯磨，標中二，初標法。內字似剩，又恐字誤，強釋亦通，但恐無理。上下，示重明白意。恐疑繁費，故預遮之。前是正釋，頗稱久成；此被未悟，為利新學；前後志別，故云各也。

Next, explaining the karmavācanā: in the heading there are two [parts]; first, heading the procedure. The character nèi (內) seems superfluous, or perhaps it is a scribal error; an enforced interpretation can also work, but one fears it lacks principle. Below, from 'above and below', it shows the intent of repeating the jñapti. Fearing doubts about redundancy, it guards against it beforehand. The preceding was the standard explanation, quite suitable for those of long accomplishment; this serves those who have not yet understood, benefiting new students; because their earlier and later intents differ, it says 'each'.
