是非，中初。綱中增減，一向屬非；白中三句，總一十四字，羯磨正體一十七字，結文一十四字，此竝楷定。縱無增減，而音聲淆混，言相不明，亦歸非攝。

In 'correct and incorrect': first, addition and reduction in the framework categorically belong to the incorrect. In the jñapti, the three phrases have a total of fourteen characters; the karmavācanā's main substance has seventeen characters; the concluding text has fourteen characters; all these are definitively fixed. Even without addition or reduction, if the voice is confused and the phrasing unclear, it also falls under the incorrect.
