In the fourth [section], clarifying what is not Dharma, the first three phrases indicate the reason for repeating it. As for "pointing to the aforementioned," it is shown accordingly in the text below. From "Namely..." downward, it lists the marks of illegality. From the beginning down to "bind it," there are three illegalities, as already clarified in the questions and answers of the previous analysis. From "And..." downward are three illegalities: not assembling and [flawed] karmavācanā, as previously in binding the platform for precepts; and the cardinal directions and marks, as previously in proclaiming the method. Therefore it says, "fully described above." From "Together..." downward, it concludes generally. From "Five..." downward, it provides specific proofs. Summing up all the illegalities, they do not exceed four kinds: confusion, crossing, separation by water, and cardinal directions and marks—these three are all flaws in the matter; rebinding is a flaw in the place; not assembling refers to a flaw in the persons; and the karmavācanā is a flaw in the Dharma.
