滅擯中。若據前標，但云七九；由同謫罰，寄此明之。然本律中但令滅擯，加法無文；結翻疎漏，故引他部，用成行事。

In [the section on] complete expulsion (utkṣepana/nāśanā): If judged by the earlier heading, it only mentioned seven and nine; because it is identical to reprimands and punishments, it is clarified by attaching it here. However, in our root Vinaya, it only orders complete expulsion, lacking text for the formal procedure of imposition; since the Chinese translation was sparse and incomplete, other recensions are cited to complete the transaction.
