義決中。明破戒者，唯據四重，財法絕分；僧殘已下，皆不可別。下九十中論別眾者，約施主食，故犯提罪；此明常住，別他成重；虧彼自分，成盜損故。

In "Decisions on the Meaning": explaining that breaking the precepts refers only to the four pārājikas, where one is severed from both material goods and the Dharma; from saṃghāvaśeṣa downward, they cannot be differentiated. Below, when discussing separate groups in the ninety pāyattikas, it concerns food from donors, so one incurs a pāyattika offense. Here, it clarifies the permanent property; separating others constitutes a grave offense, because diminishing their own share constitutes loss through theft.
