五中。通括前後具緣正加，一一無違，方成究竟。初約正受釋。言始從者，總攝八緣；終至者，正納法體，共為九法。下列十緣，除初及三，但取八種，如下明之。言往來者，行事出入施造之相。界下，二約具緣釋。略舉心境以明成否。

In the fifth [section], it broadly encompasses the complete conditions before and after, as well as the formal conferral; only when each and every one is without violation is the completion accomplished. First, it is explained with respect to the actual reception. The words "beginning from" comprehensively encompass eight conditions; "ending at" means the actual taking in of the essence of the Dharma, together making nine dharmas. Among the ten conditions listed below, excluding the first and the third, only eight kinds are taken, as will be clarified below. The words "coming and going" refer to the marks of entering, exiting, applying, and executing the transactions. From "Boundary" downward, the second [part] explains with respect to complete conditions. It briefly raises mind and object to clarify success or failure.
