第二正加，點示中。覆釋所對成法諸緣。初指前文，且舉二篇；結界足數，義同文省；方法者，總於上二。故下，示重意。又解，即此提示，便為重明。

In the second, the formal conferral, in pointing out and indicating: it re-explains the various conditions of the counterpart that accomplish the Dharma. First, it points to the preceding text, temporarily citing two chapters; delimiting the boundary and fulfilling the quorum are identical in meaning and omitted for brevity; "method" unifies the above two. From "Therefore" downward, it shows the reason for repetition. Another interpretation is that this pointing out itself constitutes the re-clarification.
