次明取用，初科，標示中。立四分為本者，順本受體，離前互判過也。須用諸部者，行事有據，離後執隅過也。

Next, clarifying adoption and application, in the first section, under stating and indicating: Establishing the Dharmaguptaka as fundamental accords with the original reception-essence and avoids the earlier fault of mutual adjudication. Requiring the use of various schools provides a basis for transactions and avoids the later fault of clinging to a single corner.
