負債。準得者，容有償他，約事非重。據云不應，僧應有罪。但由西土負債出家，王所不理，故須結犯。此方不然，有戒無過。

Regarding debt: As for 'by rule permissible', there may still be repayment to others, so in terms of the act it is not weighty. According to the text saying 'it is not permissible', the Saṃgha ought to incur an offense. However, this is because in the Western Lands, when one in debt goes forth from the household, the king will not intervene, and therefore an offense had to be established. This land is not like that; the precepts are obtained without fault.
