1.901

《善見》中。彼有七法：一太遠，恐不聞；二太近，恐踏師影；三上風，恐臭氣熏師；四高處，恐成憍慢；五當前，礙師觀望；六當後，迴顧喚難；七立於左右七尺許。今引二七兩法。

In the Samantapāsādikā, there are seven rules: 1. too far, fearing [the master] will not hear; 2. too close, fearing stepping on the master's shadow; 3. upwind, fearing foul odors will drift toward the master; 4. on high ground, fearing it constitutes arrogance; 5. directly in front, obstructing the master's view; 6. directly behind, making it difficult [for the master] to turn around and call; 7. standing at his left or right about seven feet away. Here it cites the two rules of the second and seventh.
