《五分》，初開折辱弟子。以慈濟故。若下，次制惱他。不喜人，謂他所怨嫌者。出亦言者，非驅逐也。
In the Mahīśāsaka-vinaya, it first permits rebuking disciples out of compassionate rescue. Under 'If...', it next prohibits vexing others. 'An unwelcome person' means someone resented by others. 'Also speaking of expelling' means not dragging them out.
