辨異中。強敷不開穢境，故須明之。俗處不簡，寄他舍故；僧處須簡，非同住故。

In distinguishing differences: in forcible spreading, there is no exception for defiled objects, hence it must be clarified. In lay places, one does not screen, because one is lodging in another's house; in sangha places, one must screen, because they do not dwell together.
