二十一。（佛在舍衛，愛道請教授；佛令僧次，六群次往說世論因制。）名中。不差擅往，故云輒也。

Twenty-one. (The Buddha was in Śrāvastī. Gautamī requested instruction. The Buddha ordered [it according to] the Sangha's turns, and the ṣaḍvargikas went in turn and spoke mundane discourse; on this account it was prohibited.) In the title: going without assignment is unauthorized, hence it says "willfully".
