釋三中，初示正犯。若復下，明餘犯。疏云：既作針刀，故隨運結（明正犯也）；餘熨摩等，方便但輕。

In explaining the three: first, it indicates the principal offense. From "If further..." downward, it explains the other offenses. The Commentary says: "Since one works with needle and knife, one incurs [offenses] with each movement (clarifying the principal offense); other [actions such as] ironing and rubbing are merely light preparatory stages."
