緣中。準疏有六，加第四不離見聞處（離則非犯。）第二言共到某村城國等。第三謂非伴行疑怖緣。第五村聚，隨村分齊眾多界一一墮；空處，至十里墮；若減一村，減十里，皆吉。

Under the conditions: according to the Commentary there are six, adding the fourth: not departing from the place of seeing and hearing (departing is not an offense). The second means going together to a certain village, city, country, etc. The third means it is not a condition of traveling together due to suspicion or fear. Fifth, for villages and settlements: following the multiple boundary limits of the village, each one is a pāyattika; in an uninhabited place, reaching ten li is a pāyattika; if less than one village or less than ten li, both are duṣkṛtas.
