不犯中五。初句順制。次病過者，謂因病過受也。若諸下，多人共留。若次下，次第各請；律中，若多檀越，若兒女姊妹次第請住多日是也。若水下，急難為阻，不可往也。文略賊盜虎狼等。

Among the non-offenses, there are five. The first phrase accords with the prohibition. Next, 'illness exceeding' refers to accepting beyond [the limit] on account of illness. From 'if all' downward, many people jointly detain one. From 'if in sequence' downward, each invites in sequence; in the Vinaya, if many dānapatis, or sons, daughters, and sisters invite one in sequence to stay for many days, this is the case. From 'if water' downward, an urgent difficulty causes an obstruction, making it impossible to proceed. The text omits bandits, tigers, wolves, and the like.
