Listing the conditions. The first points to the label above. On the third, the Commentary states that it refers to receiving in excess without illness in the Prātimokṣa-sūtra, from which one knows that there is an exception for illness. On the fourth, the Commentary states: 'The Sarvāstivāda Vinaya Vibhāṣā says that with a large bowl, taking one is no offense, but taking two is an offense; with a medium bowl, taking two, and with a small bowl, taking three, are each no offense; exceeding this is an offense. One person taking more than three bowls is an offense, referring to small bowls; if four people take more than three bowls, the first three people commit no offense, and the last person commits an offense.' In the Vinaya, there is no offense: up to two or three bowls, if ill, if personally sending it to the monastery, etc.
