對簡中，初科。四句。一三兩句，正屬此戒；輕重分異。第二乃犯內宿。第四無過，故云可知。初句注中，上句通明手受；下句別指三藥，時藥無口法故。

In the comparative discrimination, the first subsection: there are four phrases. The first and third phrases properly belong to this precept, distinguished by light and grave. The second incurs storing overnight indoors. The fourth has no fault, hence it says "it can be known". In the note to the first phrase, the upper sentence generally clarifies receiving with the hand; the lower sentence specifically refers to the three medicines, because timely medicine has no spoken formula.
