三中。風塵落鉢不受相雜，捨受聽食，方便免過。文約沙彌，餘眾淨人，理應通許。（諸文所明，不唯當戒不受惡觸；事犯相涉，文中可見；臨文辨之，勿使參濫。）

In the third [subsection], wind and dust falling into the bowl without being received creates a mixture; relinquishing and receiving it is permitted for eating, which is an expedient means to avoid fault. The text specifies a śrāmaṇera; other assemblies and pure persons should logically also be permitted. (What is clarified in various texts does not solely concern this precept's non-reception and foul contact; offenses and matters overlap, as can be seen in the text; distinguish them when encountering the text, and do not cause confusion.)
